Verify and process job completion reports, including any discrepancies or issues that need addressing. Scheduling Prewires and Trims: Coordinate and schedule prewire and trim activities for high voltage electrical projects. Ensure that all scheduling aligns with project timelines and client expectations. Job Record Maintenance and Follow-Up: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all job-related activities, including labor lines, material usage, and job progress. Follow up on outstanding issues, incomplete tasks, or any changes required in job specifications. Onboarding Subcontractors: Oversee the onboarding process for new subcontractors, including reviewing qualifications, training on HomePro’s standards and procedures, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Maintaining Accurate Information: Ensure all job information, including labor lines, materials used, and job specifics, is accurately recorded and updated in the company’s database. Address any discrepancies or issues with job information promptly. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as required

Requirements

Proven experience in managing high voltage electrical projects or similar roles.
Strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and safety regulations.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience with subcontractor management and onboarding processes.
Proficiency in using job management software and databases.
Relevant certifications and licenses as required by local regulations.
