Senior Electrical Engineer role in conjunction with lead engineer responsibilities, including the ability to serve as the Engineer of Record (EOR) Ability to serve as the project manager, overseeing MEP design execution for various healthcare projects is a plus. Lead project teams in delivering high-quality, cost-effective, and timely solutions Prepare cost proposals and administer project contracts, including add service agreements Write responses to Requests for Proposals and Requests for Qualifications for various clients and marketing opportunities Collaborate with various departments, disciplines, and subconsultants to plan and manage project resources efficiently Supervise and mentor junior staff, ensuring project execution aligns with industry standards Manage the full project lifecycle, from conceptual design through completion Ensure compliance with local, state, and national codes and regulations Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and contractors Perform quality control reviews of MEP system designs, calculations, and drawings At Kimley-Horn, we do things differently.
