About The Position

Dobbs Defense Solutions is seeking an experienced Electrical/Plumbing Design-Build Specialist that has a strong background in multiple construction disciplines and be able to assist in reviewing and interpreting original design-build architectural, structural, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical drawings in coordination with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR).

Requirements

• Minimum of 15 years combined experience in architectural, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and structural design-build projects.
• Proven ability to read and interpret design/build drawings across multiple disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of construction principles, design standards, and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Active Secret

Responsibilities

• Assist the COR in reviewing and interpreting design-build architectural, structural, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical drawings.
• Provide expertise in electrical and plumbing systems in design-build projects.
• Support the integration of multi-disciplinary construction elements to ensure cohesive project execution.
• Collaborate with project teams to address technical design questions and construction challenges.
