Requirements

• Journeyman’s License in Electrical or related field.
• Proven experience in PLC troubleshooting and programming.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Solid understanding of electrical and electronic systems.
• Industrial electrical experience preferred.
• Proficient in shop math and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair PLC systems, including Allen Bradley and Fanuc machines.
• Perform equipment and mechanical troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Conduct routine maintenance on electrical and electronic systems.
• Utilize pneumatic and hydraulic systems knowledge to support equipment functionality.
• Program and wire PLCs to meet operational requirements.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance system performance.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and inspections.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior technicians as needed.
