A DAY IN THE LIFE AS AN ELECTRICAL/PANEL TECHNICIAN I As an Electrical/Panel Technician I, you are a key member of our production team as you wire electronic and control panels for our automated equipment. While experience in wiring is beneficial, it is not required for this position as on the job training is provided. Attention to detail is key as you read and interpret blue prints, wiring diagrams, process sheets, and assembly/schematic drawings. You will work in a clean, comfortable environment. Quality is critical for our equipment, so you may inspect and test finished products to locate defects, measure performance, determine any need for adjustment, and verify specified operation. Requirements

Ability to use both power and hand tools
Effective written and verbal communication skills, organized and detail oriented, and ability to prioritize tasks
Knowledge of measuring equipment including micrometers, calipers, and tape measures
Lift up to 25 pounds frequently, 50 pounds occasionally
High school diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

Experience with electrical wiring preferred
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics preferred

Responsibilities

Wire electronic and control panels for automated equipment
Read and interpret blue prints, wiring diagrams, process sheets, and assembly/schematic drawings
Inspect and test finished products to locate defects, measure performance, determine any need for adjustment, and verify specified operation
