About The Position

The Electrical Outside Salesperson is responsible for increasing sales and profit through the acquisition and development of new business, maintaining existing business and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1 year of outside sales experience.
• Experience in the electrical industry.
• Progressive industry experience.
• Ability to read blueprints preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to read a map and/or follow written directions.
• Must pass company required drug screen and physical.
• Minimum age of 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to travel to customer and company branch locations.

Nice To Haves

• Experience operating a forklift.
• Forklift Operator Certification.

Responsibilities

• Increase sales volume and profit by acquiring new accounts.
• Introduce new products and increase individual customer’s sales volumes.
• Maintain customer loyalty by providing exceptional customer service.
• Develop and maintain knowledge to increase credibility with customers.
