The Electrical/Optical SerDes DSP and Algorithm Engineer will develop advanced algorithms and architectures for high-speed electrical and optical SerDes. The role involves modeling the algorithms in Matlab, Python, or C++ for performance evaluation, optimizing algorithms and architectures for power, performance, and area (PPA), and supporting bit-true cycle-true modeling, design verification, and post-silicon validation. Collaboration with worldwide design teams is also a key aspect of this position.
