About The Position
Are you a reliable, mechanically inclined problem-solver who enjoys keeping machines and facilities running smoothly? A to Z Machine is looking for a 1st Shift Maintenance Technician to support our shop, equipment, and facilities.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3+ years maintenance experience in manufacturing
- Strong mechanical aptitude and work ethic
- Ability to prioritize and work independently
Nice To Haves
- CNC job shop experience preferred
- Forklift experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance on machines and buildings
- Troubleshoot, repair, and replace facility and shop equipment
- Build and repair benches, tables, and shop fixtures
- Handle basic facility needs (lighting, plumbing, painting, carpentry)
- Assist with equipment and shop moves
- Follow 6S, ISO/quality, and safety standards
- Support Electrical/Mechanical Technicians as needed
