About The Position

We’re seeking an Electrical Mechanic to perform electrical maintenance in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment for the Mt. Sterling Nestle facility. This role supports equipment reliability, safety compliance, and production up time.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have or acquire knowledge of PLC’s, HMI’s, motion controls, and measuring instruments.
• Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to read schematics and follow procedures.
• Knowledge of Lockout/Tagout and GMPs.
• Intermediate math and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, panels, wiring, and equipment.
• Use test instruments (meters, oscilloscopes, etc.).
• Read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics.
• Perform preventive maintenance and support production troubleshooting.
• Follow OSHA, NEC, GMP, and company safety requirements.
• Maintain documentation and complete required safety training.
