The Company prides itself on producing the highest quality pork products found in the market today. JOB TITLE: LEAD MAINTENANCE MECHANIC SUMMARY OF JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Assists the supervisor of the Maintenance Team in the day to day operations to include safety, costs, quality, team building, PM development and other areas as required to meet facility goals.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of one (1) year practical mechanical or electrical experience required or equivalent combination of education and practical experience.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret documents in the English language.
• Use of basic math and the ability to use relevant mathematical formulas.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw a valid conclusion.

Responsibilities
