As an Electrical Manufacturing Engineer for JD Tractor Assembly Division located in Waterloo, Iowa, you will: • Support Final Line and Offline in-process manufacturing testing for current product program • Deliver innovative solution for Final Vehicle Assembly Testing • Diagnose/repair of electrical/test/programming issues for 7R/8R/9R product lines VISA Sponsorship is available for this position
Requirements
- Experience with electronic/electro-hydraulic/Drivetrain/engine systems and hardware
- Experience development/troubleshooting vehicle systems
- Large tractor system knowledge
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following: • Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or related discipline; equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of a degree of education
Nice To Haves
- NI LabView/TestStand experience
- Proficient in any programming language (i.e. C++, Python, etc)
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality, tooling, test sequence design, and facilities
- Automated test system development/software programming experience
- CAN communication knowledge
- Experience in developing product verification in a manufacturing environment
- Project management skills
