As an Electrical Manufacturing Engineer for JD Tractor Assembly Division located in Waterloo, Iowa, you will: • Support Final Line and Offline in-process manufacturing testing for current product program • Deliver innovative solution for Final Vehicle Assembly Testing • Diagnose/repair of electrical/test/programming issues for 7R/8R/9R product lines VISA Sponsorship is available for this position

Requirements

  • Experience with electronic/electro-hydraulic/Drivetrain/engine systems and hardware
  • Experience development/troubleshooting vehicle systems
  • Large tractor system knowledge
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following: • Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or related discipline; equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of a degree of education

Nice To Haves

  • NI LabView/TestStand experience
  • Proficient in any programming language (i.e. C++, Python, etc)
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality, tooling, test sequence design, and facilities
  • Automated test system development/software programming experience
  • CAN communication knowledge
  • Experience in developing product verification in a manufacturing environment
  • Project management skills
