The Electrical Manager/Master Electrician will use their WI Master Electrician license and hands-on industry experience to lead teams on residential and commercial construction projects across Central WI. Requirements

Active Wisconsin Master Electrician License
Minimum of 5 years of experience managing and estimating electrical projects
Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with field leaders, tradesmen, and senior management
Ability to manage the department with a focus on maximizing profit margins
Commitment to maintaining a zero-injury work environment
Experience completing monthly billing, including AIA documentation
Ability to work collaboratively with other trades to support overall project success
Professional appearance and conduct
Clean driving record
Ability to identify areas of improvement within the team and support employee development
