Schedule: Work only 15 days per month with our unique rotating 3-4 day schedule D – Night Shift: 5:00pm - 5:00am (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday + alternating Saturdays)

Requirements

  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts and lift up to 65 pounds
  • Ability to work with measuring tools such as tape measure, calipers, etc.
  • Solid technical/mechanical aptitude.
  • Strong communication skills and positive attitude
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a technical environment
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening

Nice To Haves

  • 3-5 years electrical maintenance experience.
  • Work schedule flexibility includes 12 hour shifts and some weekends with possibility of an on-call status.
  • Previous manufacturing experience

Responsibilities

  • Installing, upgrading, modifying, and working on various types of electrical systems, including three-phase power distribution, 480V three-phase motors with variable frequency drive configurations, AC/DC drives/ motors, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs)
  • Provide preventive and predictive maintenance of electrical systems
  • Perform repair or replacement of faulty electrical elements of equipment, including motors, relays, and switches
  • Identify when an external contractor/vendor is needed, and work in collaboration with the contractor/vendor to complete work
  • Model, implement, and comply with electrical safety rules and related industry regulations
  • Comply with NEC, OSHA, NFPA, and other industry regulations.
