You’ll ensure safety, quality standards, and contribute to a team focused on collaboration and continuous improvement. Schedule Shift: 2-2-3: 12-hour shifts, nights, 7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in electrical/electronics preferred
- 3+ years of experience as an electrical technician in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Strong knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, and electrical troubleshooting
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and maintenance systems
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work safely with high-voltage systems and equipment
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and working 12-hour shifts in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair on electrical and control systems
- Install, modify, and maintain motors, drives, PLCs, and related equipment
- Support preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime
- Ensure compliance with safety, EHS, and operational standards
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively
- Document work performed and maintain accurate records
- Proactively identify improvement opportunities for equipment reliability and efficiency

- Pay: $27.58-$39.60/hour + $1.25/hour night shift premium
