About The Position

This is a hands -on industrial electrical role in a plastic manufacturing facility. You'll be responsible for keeping production equipment running through troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance — including control systems, wiring, and mechanical components. Experience with PLC troubleshooting and the ability to read schematics and blueprints are key to success in this position.

Requirements

• Minimum two -year technical degree in industrial maintenance or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years of electrical maintenance technician experience preferred
• Electrical troubleshooting required; PLC troubleshooting preferred
• Forklift and scissor lift experience required; valid driver's license with clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on electrical systems, wiring, control devices, and equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical code specifications to diagnose and resolve equipment issues
• Install and build control boxes on new or refurbished equipment
• Maintain accurate maintenance records including work orders, drawings, and equipment manuals
• Operate forklift and scissor lift as needed; direct contractor work during equipment installations
