About The Position

Support field electrical maintenance activities and electrical isolation (Lockout/Tagout – LOTO) for lighting, air conditioning, and motor maintenance. Plan and execute scheduled preventive and breakdown maintenance to minimize production impact and maximize operational availability. Typically reports to a Supervisor. In addition to Level I and II responsibilities, the Level III Technician will: • Work with vendors and subcontractors as required • Comply with Management of Change (MOC) requirements for plant modifications • Apply technical skills efficiently while identifying opportunities for improvement, cost savings, and simplification • Promote and comply with high SSHE standards, ensuring safety of self and others • Utilize Observation Safety Techniques (OST) to report safe and unsafe acts • Participate in responsible waste management practices • Attend and actively participate in daily Operations morning meetings

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a closely related role, preferably within the Oil & Gas industry
  • Valid Texas Journeyman Electrician License (required)
  • 4–6 years of relevant electrical maintenance experience
  • Strong communication skills with ability to clearly describe field conditions and recommend corrective actions
  • Strong teamwork skills, including working effectively without direct authority
  • Ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and changing priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
