About The Position

We are looking for a talented Electrical Maintenance Technician - Controls - Level III to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Cummins Inc. facility in North Charleston, SC. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Support Manufacturing Needs: Perform skilled activities that directly contribute to the efficiency and productivity of the manufacturing process. Ensure Safety: Adhere to and promote Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) standards, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues. Maintain High Quality: Apply high standards of workmanship and craftsmanship, ensuring that all tasks are performed to the highest quality. Equipment Maintenance: Perform preventive, emergency, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities to ensure equipment uptime and reliability. Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement activities, helping to identify and reduce manufacturing constraints and improve processes. Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with your team and support staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. Training and Development: Instruct and coach others, acting as an informal resource for team members with less capability, and engage in personal development and training. Environmental Responsibility: Recognize and minimize the environmental impact of your work, ensuring sustainable practices are followed.
