The Electrical Maintenance Supervisor manages and directs maintenance activities for EIA Technicians and is responsible for executing asset health management tools such as PM, PDM, RCFA and others. Execute workflow (planning and scheduling) process. Manage and motivate maintenance technicians for higher engagement. Responsible for conducting audits and inspections. Reviews and authorizes work permits. Also responsible for ensuring safety, organization, and project standards are being met on projects. Also involved in maintenance, sustaining capital, and expansion commissioning activities.
