About The Position

Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. In this role, you will lead and supervise a team of electricians and electrical technicians. You will assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure quality workmanship. Additionally, you will train and mentor staff on safety practices, technical skills, and new technologies. You will plan and schedule electrical maintenance, installations, and repairs, manage project timelines, and ensure work is completed on schedule and within budget. Troubleshooting complex electrical problems and providing technical guidance will also be part of your responsibilities. It is essential to ensure all work complies with electrical codes, safety standards, and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in electrical systems installation and maintenance.
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings and using diagnostic tools.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of electrical codes and safety regulations.
