We are looking for a talented Electrical Level II 3rd Shift Maintenance to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Cummins Inc. facility in Rocky Mount/Whitakers, NC. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Ensure Equipment Availability: Perform electrical maintenance and machine support tasks to keep equipment operational and capable, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity. Adhere to Safety Protocols: Learn and follow protocols for working safely with electricity and other energy sources, promoting a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues. Maintain High Standards: Apply high standards of workmanship and craftsmanship, ensuring the quality and reliability of electrical systems and equipment. Conduct Thorough Inspections: Perform quality inspections and provide feedback into the Preventive Maintenance system, helping to identify and address potential issues before they escalate. Support HSE Initiatives: Comply with Health, Safety & Environmental standards, report hazards, and engage in HSE training to contribute to a safe and healthy workplace. Perform Comprehensive Maintenance: Carry out preventive, emergency, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities, ensuring that all electrical systems conform to applicable codes and standards. Collaborate and Communicate: Work effectively with your team and support teams, participating in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities to improve quality, safety, processes, and material flow. Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify and reduce manufacturing constraints, solve problems, and participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance overall manufacturing efficiency and effectiveness.
