About The Position

We are currently seeking a Leadman/Foreman Electrician to join our growing team. We are a growing electrical contractor with very consistent work and have been in business since 1979. We are a heavy industrial electrical contractor and are the best at what we do; as a contractor who installs to the letter of the NEC code and all customers’ expectations, including but not limited to specifications, details, deadlines, quality control, and every aspect of safety.

Requirements

• Have your own electrical tools and protective gear
• Have your own dependable transportation
• Be able to pass a random drug screening
• Have a minimum of 5 years of industrial electrical experience

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew of electricians.
• Have advanced knowledge of electrical installation and electrical code(including conduit bending)
• Communicate material and labor needs for assigned tasks in order to meet assigned task completion deadlines
• Meet with inspectors to answer any questions they may have
• Reporting to the supervisor any problems with any employees not following directions or policy
• Have knowledge of job site safety
• Keep track of any work requested or completed beyond the scope/contract and report it to the supervisor before any extra work is performed
