As an Electrical Laborer, you’ll play a hands-on role supporting solar and wind projects from installation to operation. Work outdoors assisting with wiring, panel connections, inverters, and turbine electrical systems, while supporting the team in troubleshooting, testing, and ensuring systems are safe and operational. YOUR ROLE IN ACTION Support apprentices and journeymen with hands-on electrical and site tasks. Perform a variety of manual labor duties to keep projects moving efficiently. Complete physically demanding tasks, including digging trenches and laying conduit. Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment at all times. Work outdoors for extended periods, adapting to changing weather and site conditions.

Requirements

Ability to pass a pre-employment background, drug, and alcohol screen
Able to lift and carry 40+ pounds
Willingness to travel and relocate to the job site (100% travel)
Composite or steel toe work boots

Nice To Haves

Industrial electrical experience
Hands-on experience working on solar or wind projects.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
