About The Position
We are seeking experienced Journeyman Electricians in the Beaufort Area. Allegiance Industries is a full-service electrical contractor serving the commercial, industrial, and retail markets in North Carolina and South Carolina. Our professional staff of experienced project managers, estimators, and electrical professionals offer exceptional service and quality workmanship in a wide array of projects including new construction and renovation. As a Journeyman Electrician, you will be responsible for performing all duties in accordance with company safety rules, operating regulations, and practices, while also reporting unsafe conditions or acts. You will install, connect, test, and maintain electrical systems for various purposes, including lighting, climate control, security, and communications. In this role, you will work with blueprints when installing electrical systems in manufacturing facilities, wastewater treatment plants, and other structures. You will be expected to indicate on blueprints the location of circuits, outlets, load centers, panel boards, and other equipment. Your responsibilities will also include installing new electrical equipment and maintaining and repairing electrical systems as quickly as possible to minimize inconvenience. You will be responsible for replacing items such as circuit breakers, fuses, switches, electrical and electronic components, or wires. Additionally, you may orient and train new workers and perform other duties as assigned.
