Schedule: 58 Hour Work Weeks: 6 Days; M-F (5x10s + Sat 8 hrs) Pay Rate: $40+ Hrly DOE Location: Taylor, TX Position Type: Full-Time Benefits: This position is eligible for WGNSTAR’s full benefits package, including Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k). Requirements

  • Active Journeyman’s Electrical License or above
  • 5+ years of experience in electrical construction, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role.
  • Knowledge of electrical systems, installation practices, and safety protocols.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • OSHA 30 certification required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in semiconductor or advanced manufacturing environments.
  • Prior work on Semiconductor construction projects or similar tool install clients.
  • Understanding of cleanroom protocols and commissioning procedures.
  • Familiarity with construction management tools (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate electrical installation crews on-site.
  • Assign daily tasks and monitor crew performance.
  • Ensure safe work practices and enforce OSHA and site-specific safety standards.
  • Support installation of electrical systems for semiconductor tools, including power distribution, controls, and grounding.
  • Verify work quality and adherence to drawings, specifications, and client standards.
  • Communicate progress and issues to the General Foreman or Superintendent.
  • Maintain accurate records of crew hours, materials, and equipment usage.
  • Assist with site inspections, safety audits, and commissioning activities.
  • Resolve minor field-level issues and escalate larger concerns when necessary.
