Requirements

• Requires daily on-site attendance.
• Knowledge of the construction process.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Proficiency in construction equipment.
• Strong time management skills.
• OSHA Certification preferred (training provided if needed).
• Complete understanding of blueprints (for Journeyman).
• Own Journeyman tools (for Journeyman).
• Basic understanding of special systems (F/A, sound, voice data) (for Journeyman).
• Ability to install and make-up all switch gear (Cad weld) (for Journeyman).
• Control wiring for equipment (for Journeyman).
• Advanced wire pulling techniques (i.e. Tuggers) (for Journeyman).
• Knowledge of NEC and installation methods (for Journeyman).
• Ability to coordinate with other trades (for Leadman).
• Ability to meet production and scheduled goals (for Leadman).
• Tech savvy (computers, tablets, iPhones) (for Leadman).
