Electrical & Instrumentation Technician – Clinton, IA Pay Rate: $31.50 Starting pay is dependent on skills & background Shift(s) Required: Days and Nights. Ability to work overtime including weekends, holidays, and on occasion different shifts with advance notice as needed. Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Ability to understand and effectively communicate in English (verbal/written)
- Detailed oriented and self-motivated
- Motivated with a passion to learn

- Strong safety values
- Strong fundamental skills (math, reading, writing)
- Training in electrical and/or instrumentation work (in industry setting preferred)
- Direct industrial maintenance experience or high exposure to industrial maintenance preferred
- Computer skills - a must
- Willingness to participate in training to continue developing skills
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
Nice To Haves
- PLC experience and industrial controls experience preferred
- Familiarity with 3 phase electrical systems
- Knowledge of ADM-Clinton plant – a strong plus
- Experience with CMMS – a strong plus
- Flexibility in accepting change
- Communication (spoken and written) and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of NEC code requirements
- ABC schooling or apprenticeship completion is a strong plus
- Experience in Industrial Electrical and/or similar military environment (preferred)
