As an Electrical Instructor at Interstates, you'll go beyond teaching-mentoring and training apprentices while equipping our team with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed. You'll also play a vital role in training and developing new hires and experienced electricians, ensuring they stay ahead in an ever-evolving industry. The Electrical Instructor is responsible for developing curriculum, organizing, and facilitating instructional training that fosters technical and leadership knowledge for Interstates' employees. Technical instruction may include disciplines in the areas of electrical construction, automation, manufacturing, safety, and other applicable areas. Technical instruction is accomplished through classroom (virtual and in-person) and hands-on training that ensures learner engagement and skills development through practice applications.
