We are currently seeking an Electrical Installer to join our team in Huntington Beach, California. This on-site position requires candidates to either reside in Southern California or be willing to relocate. The Electrical Installer will be responsible for various repetitive installation operations, including wire harness installation, cable installation, control module installation, wire and connector crimping, and wire identification. This role supports mass-installation in products such as galleys, closets, VCCs, overhead bins, sidewalls, and ceiling panels for commercial transport aircraft. The installer must work within the time constraints of the master production schedule and meet customer requirements. Additionally, the role requires working in confined environments such as closets, galleys, and foot-wells, necessitating a focus on safety and efficiency. Essential functions of the position include promoting cooperation and positive communication with coworkers and leads on production lines, reading and interpreting blueprints and wiring diagrams, and ensuring timely completion of work to meet company objectives and customer demands. The installer must maintain a clean and safe work environment, minimize material waste, and ensure compliance with engineering specifications and codes. Responsibilities also include splicing wires, connecting wiring to electrical fixtures, installing control and distribution apparatus, and performing acceptance test procedures as required. The Electrical Installer will work on different production lines as needed, adapting to varying tasks based on production requirements.
