Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Assemble electrical components and parts into complete units or subassemblies following established procedures. Use hand tools, small power tools, and other specialized equipment safely and effectively. Interpret and follow detailed written and verbal instructions for all work assignments. Inspect completed assemblies for accuracy and quality; rework or reassemble units as required. Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards. Report any defects, discrepancies, or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor promptly. Adhere to all company policies, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
