Requirements
- 2+ year of residential electrical experience
- Experience with residential installs, inspections, and troubleshooting
- Ability to assemble, install, and test electrical or electronic wiring and equipment
- Strong understanding of layout planning and local electrical codes
- Valid Electrical License (Required)
- Proven ability to diagnose and repair residential electrical systems
- Professional communication skills and a customer-first mindset
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair residential electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures
- Follow all state and local codes in compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC)
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues using industry-standard testing equipment
- Inspect electrical systems to identify hazards, defects, or needed upgrades
- Perform residential electrical installations, inspections, and troubleshooting
- Generator installations (Generac)
- EV Charger installations
- Rewiring homes, installing light fixtures, switches, and outlets
- Clearly explain findings and solutions, helping homeowners make confident, informed decisions
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, management, and installation teams
