About The Position

Electrical Install Lead Technician About Korte Does It All: Korte Does It All is a leading provider of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services in Fort Wayne, IN. We’re known for our commitment to quality, customer satisfaction, and community values. What you will do: Maintain, diagnose, and repair electrical issues for residential customers. Install and replace electrical systems and equipment. Troubleshoot and repair electrical malfunctions. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction. Follow all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment. Other duties as assigned. What You Will Bring: Minimum of two years of residential electrical experience required. Valid electrical certification or license (as required by local regulations). Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to work in confined spaces (e.g., attics, crawl spaces, basements). Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, and bending. Ability to work at heights (e.g., ladders, elevated plat forms). Manual dexterity to handle electrical tools and equipment. Ability to work in various weather conditions when performing outdoor installations.
