About The Position
We are currently seeking a reliable Electrical Helper to assist on a long-term commercial construction project in Pella, IA. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the electrical trade while working alongside experienced electricians.
Requirements
- Previous construction or electrical experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to work early morning hours and a full 10-hour shift
- Comfortable working in a commercial construction environment
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stay active throughout the day
- Strong work ethic and reliability
Responsibilities
- Assist electricians with running conduit
- Support installation of electrical systems and components
- Handle and organize tools and materials on site
- Follow safety guidelines and job site procedures
- Perform general labor duties as needed
