Requirements

A strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
Ability to crawl in tight spaces, climb ladders, and work in attics, garages, or crawl spaces
Positive attitude and commitment to providing top-notch customer service
Attention to detail and ability to follow directions carefully
Reliable, self-motivated, and ready to grow with the team
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Must pass a background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

Assist Electricians with installations, repairs, and maintenance of residential electrical systems
Gather tools, materials, and supplies for job sites
Measure, cut, and bend wire and conduit
Pull wire, mount and strap conduit, and help with electrical terminations under supervision
Help lift, position, and fasten materials such as motors, wiring, and conduit
Maintain and organize tools, equipment, and supplies
Keep work areas clean and safe at all times
Operate hand tools and basic power tools under direct supervision
