About the position

The Electrical Hardware Engineer will play a crucial role in the development, testing, and debugging of electrical hardware and software within the automotive and aerospace sectors. This position offers the opportunity to design and create new technologies while enhancing existing systems to improve performance and functionality. The role is permanent and provides a chance to significantly impact innovative projects.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop complex electrical hardware systems, ensuring product quality and reliability.
  • Create and modify schematics, PCB layouts, and bill of materials.
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team to identify and resolve design-related issues.
  • Conduct simulations and analyses to predict system performance and efficiency.
  • Perform system integration and testing to validate design specifications.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and validation reports.
  • Participate in design reviews, providing constructive feedback and innovative solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in electrical engineering and propose new technologies or methods to improve product performance and cost efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in electrical hardware engineering.
  • Proficiency in PCB design, Circuit Design, and Electrical Systems Design.
  • Extensive experience with hardware debugging tools and software.
  • Strong knowledge of digital and analog circuit design.
  • Proven track record in designing and developing complex electrical systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work well in a team, as well as independently.
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance requirements in the engineering industry.
  • Proficiency in using design and simulation software like AutoCAD, MATLAB, or similar.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
