About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Hardware Engineer to design, review, and optimize cable systems within complex electrical systems. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate cable and power solutions effectively.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
3+ years of experience in electrical engineering, with a strong focus on cable design.
Proficiency in power system analysis and optimization techniques.
Familiarity with relevant design tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD, cable sizing tools, power analysis software).
Strong understanding of electrical codes, standards, and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work onsite 100% and collaborate effectively with team members.

Nice To Haves

Experience with high-voltage or specialized cable systems.
Knowledge of power distribution systems and energy efficiency strategies.
Strong communication skills for technical discussions and documentation.
