About The Position

ROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES: What youll experience in the first year: Requirement Derivation:Translate high-level assembly requirements or concepts into specific, implementable, and testable hardware requirements Hardware Design and Prototyping:Collaborate in the design process to create and prototype hardware items from subsystem designs Expert Engagement:Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for your hardware item, identifying at least two potential upgrades to enhance technical capabilities, manufacturing yield, or usability Hardware Testing:Develop and execute a comprehensive verification test plan for standalone hardware items based on derived requirements What you bring to the table: Technical Skills:Proficiency in deriving detailed hardware requirements and designing hardware from subsystem concepts. Team Collaboration:Strong ability to work within a team to achieve design and prototyping goals. Analytical Thinking:Capability to identify and propose improvements to hardware items. Requirements

• Requires a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field.
