About The Position
The Electrical General Foreman is responsible for planning, supervising, performing, and coordinating all phases of installation, maintenance, repair and inspection of electrical systems and service work in new or remodeled facilities. This role includes planning the daily activities for a crew of workers and ensuring productivity to meet job schedules. The foreman will monitor quality control of work, order and coordinate delivery of materials, and comply with documentation requirements. Additionally, the foreman will support the jobsite Superintendent in coordinating project activities and may perform related trade work as required. The position requires travel to different jobsites on limited notice and the implementation of better production methods to strengthen best practices.
