About The Position

The Electrical Foreman at ISC Constructors is responsible for overseeing electrical and instrumentation projects, ensuring safety and quality standards are met. This role requires strong leadership skills to manage crew activities, report incidents, and maintain material inventory, while also assisting supervisors with project documentation and compliance.

Requirements

• TWIC card (Transportation Worker Identification Credential).
• Ability to meet the cut score on the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER) Skill Assessment.
• Ability to pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug/alcohol test and applicable background checks.
• Minimum of four (4) years in the Electrical or Instrumentation industry.

Responsibilities

• Promptly report all injuries and incidents to the Supervisor.
• Receive permits from operations and communicate to all crew members.
• Assist with preparing and auditing JSA's/HHA's with the crew.
• Correct and report any unacceptable behavior or actions by associates in the crew to the Supervisor.
• Requisition, store, and maintain material inventory, ISC tools, and equipment.
• Assist the Supervisor in preparing RFI's.
