About The Position

Our company is looking for an accomplished Electrical Foreman to join our team. Our firm works on multi-family new construction primarily. We offer excellent pay and benefits! What the job looks like: • Work as part of a team on multi-family and commercial projects. Coordinate with Supers and PM's in other departments. • Supervise and lead electrical teams to ensure timely and quality completion of projects. • Plan, implement, and oversee electrical installations from start to finish. • Manage project logistics, including materials, tools, and schedules. • Mentor apprentices and journeymen, providing training and development opportunities. • Troubleshoot complex electrical issues and provide innovative solutions. • Prepare and maintain detailed documentation and project reports.

Requirements

  • Minimum 15 Years Experience in Electrical
  • Proven experience as an Electrical Foreman or in a supervisory role in electrical projects.
  • Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code and local regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and team-building abilities.
  • Commitment to safety standards and continuous professional development.
