About The Position
We’re hiring an Electrical Foreman to lead crews on commercial and industrial electrical projects. This role focuses on supervising field operations, coordinating daily work activities, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards.
Requirements
- Experience as an electrical foreman or lead electrician
- Strong background in commercial and/or industrial electrical work
- Ability to lead crews and manage jobsite productivity
- Solid understanding of electrical codes, safety, and scheduling
- Clear communication and leadership skills
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise electrical crews on commercial and industrial jobsites
- Coordinate daily work plans, manpower, and material needs
- Read and interpret electrical drawings and project specifications
- Ensure work is performed safely and in compliance with codes and company standards
- Communicate jobsite progress and issues with project management
