Salary: $26hr - $32hr Schedule/Base hours: M - F (full-time + OT), Saturdays when required Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Life Insurance, Long-Term Disability, PTO, Holidays Role & Responsibilities: Supervises and coordinates daily activities of electrical crews to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and in compliance with specifications and electrical codes Plans, assigns, and directs electrical work for commercial, industrial, and residential projects, including new installations, upgrades, and repairs Interprets blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide electrical installations and troubleshoot system issues Installs and maintains electrical systems, including conduit, wiring, panels, transformers, motors, lighting systems, and control equipment Troubleshoots electrical faults in power distribution systems, control circuits, and equipment to minimize downtime and maintain operational reliability Ensures compliance with NEC, OSHA, and company safety policies by conducting safety meetings, enforcing safety procedures, and monitoring jobsite conditions Coordinates with project managers, general contractors, and other trades to maintain workflow and resolve field issues efficiently Monitors crew productivity, provides technical guidance, and ensures high-quality workmanship meets company and customer standards Orders materials, manages inventory, and ensures tools, equipment, and supplies are available and properly maintained Trains, mentors, and evaluates electricians and apprentices, providing coaching and performance feedback to develop team skills Documents project progress, completes job reports, and communicates updates, issues, and timelines to management Inspects completed electrical work for accuracy, safety, and code compliance before project handoff Assists with estimating labor, materials, and project timelines for electrical installations and service work Responds to emergency service calls and provides on-site leadership during critical electrical repairs or outages Skills: Electrical crew leadership and jobsite supervision NEC and OSHA compliance and safety enforcement Blueprint and schematic interpretation Conduit bending, panel installation, motor controls, and power distribution Commercial and industrial electrical systems Scheduling, material management, and crew productivity tracking Training and mentoring electricians and apprentices Electrical troubleshooting and repair
