About The Position

MG Electric is seeking a skilled and dedicated Foreman Electrician to lead teams on large multi-unit construction projects. The role requires a strong background in the electrical trade, excellent leadership abilities, and the capability to manage projects effectively to meet deadlines and budgets. Proficiency with construction management software, particularly Procore, is a plus.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years in the electrical trade, with at least 2 years in a leadership or foreman role.
• Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, blueprints, and codes, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
• Proven ability to lead, train, and manage teams effectively.
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or other construction management software is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members, GCs, and other stakeholders.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate electricians and apprentices to ensure efficient and high-quality work on job sites.
• Plan and execute electrical installations according to project specifications, schedules, and budgets.
• Work closely with General Contractors, project managers, and other trades to resolve jobsite issues and maintain project flow.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues, ensuring compliance with local and national electrical codes.
• Utilize construction management tools like Procore to track progress, maintain records, and communicate updates effectively.
• Coordinate material deliveries, monitor inventory, and ensure accurate usage to minimize waste.
• Promote and enforce MG Electric's safety policies and OSHA regulations at all times.
