About The Position

We are seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead traveling electrical crews across healthcare and commercial projects. The role demands leadership in the field, technical expertise in complex electrical systems, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Requirements

• Licensed Journeyman or Master Electrician with 8+ years of experience.
• Previous leadership experience as a foreman on commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of NEC, healthcare standards, and modular build practices.
• Proficient in Procore and digital field reporting.
• Valid driver’s license; willingness to travel 70–80%.
• Pre-employment drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical crews on multi-state projects, overseeing installation of distribution, lighting, and specialty systems.
• Review and interpret electrical drawings, ensuring installs meet code and Creature standards.
• Align manpower and sequencing with project schedules, coordinating with Superintendents and PMs.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and oversee daily reporting (time, progress, Procore updates).
• Mentor apprentices and journeymen, fostering a culture of ownership and accountability.
