About The Position

Lunacon Construction Group is looking for a skilled Electrical Foreman or Journeyman Electrician to support our growing portfolio of commercial and public-sector projects. If you’re someone who understands sequencing, works well with other trades, and values safety, quality, and professionalism, this role is for you.

Requirements

  • Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent field experience.
  • 5+ years of commercial construction electrical experience.
  • Strong knowledge of NEC and electrical safety practices.
  • Ability to read and understand construction documents and electrical drawings.
  • Experience coordinating with other trades on active jobsites.

Nice To Haves

  • Foreman or lead electrician experience.
  • Experience on public-sector, municipal, or federal projects.
  • Familiarity with jobsite documentation tools (Procore a plus).
  • Experience with lighting controls, power distribution, and finish electrical work.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Reliable, detail-oriented professionals who take ownership of their work.
  • Team players who understand sequencing and jobsite coordination.
  • Leaders who can manage crews, materials, and daily production efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Perform and oversee electrical installations in accordance with plans, specifications, and code requirements.
  • Lead daily electrical activities on site and coordinate with superintendents and project managers.
  • Supervise crews (Foreman role) and assign tasks to ensure productivity and quality.
  • Read and interpret electrical drawings, schedules, and specifications.
  • Coordinate electrical rough-ins, trim-out, and final connections with other trades.
  • Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems including lighting, power, panels, feeders, and controls.
  • Ensure all work complies with NEC, project requirements, and safety standards.
  • Support inspections, punch lists, and project closeout activities.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite.
