Requirements
- 5+ years of residential electrical experience, including leadership or supervisory experience.
- Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate field teams.
- Strong understanding of residential electrical systems and code compliance.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee field installation teams to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety.
- Coordinate scheduling, materials, and resources to complete jobs on time and within budget.
- Provide hands-on training, mentorship, and performance feedback to technicians and apprentices.
- Conduct ride-alongs and in-field evaluations to ensure adherence to company standards.
- Collaborate with sales and service departments to ensure seamless job transitions.
- Participate in daily huddles, team meetings, and monthly technical training sessions.
- Serve as the first point of contact for field-related issues or escalations.
