Requirements
- At least 2 year of experience in the electrical field
- Residential Wireman electrical license or better preferred
- Electrical Experience in residential production home building preferred
- Ability to manage sub crews and service technicians
- Strong understanding of National Electrical Code and Municipality requirements
- Willingness to perform physical demands of position when necessary
- Self-motivated and driven individuals who are looking to further develop their career
Nice To Haves
- Residential Wireman electrical license or better preferred
- Electrical Experience in residential production home building preferred
Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe working environment for all employees
- Proactively follow community progress and ensure builder deadlines are being met
- Quality walks are being performed and completed in a timely manner
- Work with estimating/warehouse to ensure jobs are pulled accurately
- Build and maintain all customer relationships
- Mentor and train employees improving the team
- Must possess a positive attitude and be a team player
- Additional responsibilities assigned by the manager
