An entry level field Service Engineer will participate on our training program for Transmission Services. Will be performing preventive and corrective maintenance in high voltage Transmission Assets. As well dealing with innovative high voltage technology from Siemens Energy on a diary basis nationwide. Entry Level Field Service Engineer is responsible for the environmentally safe performance of service projects. The candidate will work under the direct supervision and training of senior Service Engineers within Siemens Energy Transmission Services. The successful candidate will be trained on FACTS (Flexible Alternate Current Transmission Solutions) and HVDC (High Voltage Direct Current) station equipment and controls; to become independent and work with little to no supervision in the future. Siemens Energy Transmission Services perform maintenance contracts on various high voltage transmission assets required to interconnect power generation and distribution systems. Maintenance contracts that include cyber security services in control and protection devices for FACTS and HVDC stations. High Voltage transmission assets also perform key role supporting energy transition for more renewables and sustainable energy.
