Randall Electrical is currently seeking a top-tier Electrical Estimator to work in our Apopka, FL headquarters. Position Summary You will provide detailed estimates and takeoffs for projects related to our primary focus of: Heavy Commercial, Industrial / Manufacturing & Multi-Residential construction projects to include renovations, tenant build outs, and ground up construction.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-3 years combined experience in: Multi-Residential / Commercial & Industrial / Manufacturing Electrical Estimating
  • Minimum 5 years in electrical field experience.
  • Knowledge in Accubid estimating software preferred.
  • Well versed in NEC Requirements.
  • Capable Computer skills to include email use, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Accubid and File organization.
  • Experienced in Design Build, Design Assist, and Layout of electrical systems.
  • Educated in the materials, means and methods of Commercial, Multi-Residential & Industrial / Manufacturing Installations.
  • Strong Communication Skills and Leadership Qualities
  • Time conscious (can be on time and efficient).
  • Demonstrate dependability, flexibility, and teamwork.
  • Ability to pass drug screen and background check.
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Ability to adhere to, implement, and always follow safety procedures.
  • Ability to work well with others.
  • Ability to sit up to six or more hours in an eight-hour workday
  • Lift light objects such as files and paperwork frequently during the day, and objects weighing up to 10 pounds occasionally during the day.
  • Be able to bend, stretch, crouch, and lift as required by the job.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge in Accubid estimating software preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide detailed estimates and takeoffs for projects related to our primary focus of: Heavy Commercial, Industrial / Manufacturing & Multi-Residential construction projects to include renovations, tenant build outs, and ground up construction.
  • Participate in contract negotiations.
  • Work Hand in Hand with the Vice President of Operations & Principal of Company.
