About The Position
We are looking for highly technical, professional, residential service technicians who love to help people live in greater safety and comfort. This position handles service calls to customers in their homes and utilizes customer service training to educate and assist customers in choosing service, products, and finance options. Our Mission We provide more than electrical help. Any good electrician can do that. We add a special element to our work – Our primary concern is the personal relief of each of our clients. And that goes beyond just helping you with your electrical needs. It’s not about rushing from one job to the next to make as much money as possible. Every client is precious because every client is a person with his or her own unique need that is aching to be satisfied. In a world where so many electricians put the peace of mind of their customers on the back burner, and instead are concerned with squeezing a penny here or a dollar there from their clients to make a bigger profit, our aim instead is to make a profit only if we’re humbly seeking to satisfy you while giving you a complete sense of ease and peace in the process. Requirements
- Strong sales experience, Solar Industry Experience is a plus
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales
- Energetic, positive, self-directing team player
- Very strong presentation skills
- Quick learner, with desire to reach outside of their comfort zone
- Consistent work effort
- Willing to be part of a high-trust culture
- Life-long learner
- Valid Driver’s License W/Clean MVR
- Ability to travel locally and long distance in company vehicle
Nice To Haves
- Solar Industry Experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, install, and repair electrical components in a residential environment
- Provide excellent customer service
- Educate homeowners on the positive effects of upgrading or repairing electrical systems including energy cost savings, clean energy, and worthwhile investment to increase home value
- Must have a clear understanding of sales cycle, contract agreements and be able to explain and review agreements to close customers
- Adherence to company processes & procedures
