About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineering Supervisor to join our team to support the continued growth. This individual will be responsible for coordinating electrical engineering resources among several large scale engineering teams and guide engineers on small scale projects while leading, coaching, and developing associates within the electrical engineering area.

Requirements

Supervisory experience along with Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with 5 – 7 years of experience
Strong background and competency in setting up and tuning multiple AC/DC drives, as part of our in house designed control systems
Knowledge of AUTOCAD, Automation software, and custom programs.

Responsibilities

Assist Electrical Engineer Manager and Project Managers in staffing projects based on availability of resources and needs of projects.
Troubleshoot issues and serve as a chief technical resource
Develop, implement, and maintain electrical engineering standards and best practices
Provide peer and upward communication at appropriate times
Effectively lead group meetings with associates.
Develop, mentor, and train associates in the electrical engineering group.
Analyze and resolve work problems through improving processes and removing barriers for associates.
